Return & Refund Policy

At GeekerCreate, all our products are custom-made according to each customer’s specifications. Because every order is uniquely produced, our return and refund rules differ from standard retail stores. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Claims for Issues

Any claims for missing items, damaged goods, or defective products must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
Issues that are verified as our responsibility will be corrected at our expense.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because our products are fully customized (including personalized designs, engraved items, printed gifts, branded corporate items, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is:

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly produced

  • Materially flawed

  • Damaged or defective

Additionally:

  • Variations in size, color, material texture, or printing effect may occur due to different manufacturing processes and screen displays.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or design choices provided by customers.

  • Custom items cannot be resold, so returns for preference-based reasons are not supported.

If Your Item Is Defective or Incorrect

If your order arrives misprinted, flawed, or different from what you approved, notify us at  support@geekercreate.com within 3 days of receiving your product.

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. A photo of the shipping label

We will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved (only for defective or incorrect items):

  • The customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the issue was caused by our production error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacements, Refunds & Refund Method

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item(s) received

  • Item is damaged or defective

  • Missing or incorrect customization due to our error

  • Wrong color/size/material caused by our production mistake

Refund Method:
Once a refund is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).
Please note:

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider.

  • Most refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover processing and design preparation.

  • Once a custom product has been produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Missing Items

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. Please check your shipping emails for tracking details.

If an item is missing, email support@geekercreate.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name of the missing item

  • A photo of the received package showing the shipping label

Why My Item May Look Different From the Mockup

Please note:

  • Images shown on our website are often mockups for display purposes.

  • Colors, sizes, materials, and print effects may differ slightly from digital previews due to lighting, screen differences, and production methods.

  • Small variations are normal for custom-made products and are not considered defects.

Please set expectations accordingly when ordering personalized items.
